Woodland Manor has an amazing staff that really care about the residents. The staff go above and beyond for the residents.

– Brandon P.

Woodland Manor is dedicated to providing the highest level of quality long-term care for our senior residents’ needs. One-on-one long-term care services enhance quality of life, and our carefully individualized senior care plans result in fewer hospitalizations.

Residents in long-term care stay engaged and involved in activities tailored to each resident’s abilities and comfort level. Group sessions are also available to foster camaraderie and friendship. Our primary focus includes preventing the need for hospital visits whenever possible by utilizing our highly trained clinical staff.

When the time comes to seek help for your loved one with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia, you want a partner you can trust. Our Memory Care program follows a Montessori approach to all activities, which is learning skills that have a practical application…in a fun way. The key areas of focus are Practical Life and Sensorial.

  • Memory care residents deserve to live each day to the fullest. Our caring, highly trained team members deliver both expert support and enriching days in a safe, secured unit.
  • We’ve designed a safe and beautiful environment where our community members can thrive together and thoroughly enjoy a life filled with exciting daily activities.
  • Our skilled and compassionate team works closely with our residents living with Parkinson’s Disease, dementia, or Alzheimer’s, by creating a supportive and reliable environment to help promote comfort and well-being.
  • We foster social connections through small-group programming and provide one-on-one attention to help residents feel secure, happy, and fulfilled. Purpose-driven activities so residents can connect with their passions.

When a loved one is facing advanced illness it’s stressful for everyone. Be confident they are receiving care of the highest quality in a respectful and dignified manner. We provide all-inclusive support for the patient and family during these difficult times.

The Behavioral program at Woodland Manor is focused on delivering intervention for short-term and long-term care residents whose behaviors could be detrimental to themselves or others and who cannot be managed in other post-acute facilities that lack our experience, training and services.

The mission here is to maximize continuity of care and health benefits for the resident by actively involving and educating care providers prior to, during and following treatment. Our team understands how to stabilize and modify behaviors caused by a neurological impairment and which have not abated after attempts at prior interventions.

We offer a safe, secure and therapeutic environment for the residents. The physical design facilitates the behavioral health program, which consists of a variety of medical, behavioral, counseling, recreational, exercise and other services to help the resident control or redirect his or her behavior through interventions.

Staff are specially trained and dedicated to provide services and to allow for small group activities and one-on-one care. Staff members include a program coordinator; physician with specialized training and experience in the care of individuals with severe behavioral and neuro-psychiatric conditions; qualified specialist in psychiatry; Master’s-prepared social worker; therapeutic recreation specialist; registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nurses’ assistants.

There are few skilled nursing facilities that offer these services. There are none that do it as well as we do.
