RESPITE CARE
When caring for a loved one becomes overwhelming, take a short break with our respite care service. Recharge while knowing they are receiving premier care and their individual needs are met. Our respite break residents can take advantage of all the benefits available to our residents, such as the beauty shop, access to the activity rooms, and the ability to join any ongoing programs.
WOUND CARE
Our wound care program is designed to promote healing, comfort, and recovery through expert, individualized treatment. Our skilled nursing team works closely with physicians and specialized wound care professionals to manage and treat a wide range of wounds, including surgical sites, pressure injuries, and diabetic ulcers. Using advanced wound care techniques, modern dressings, and continuous monitoring, we focus on preventing infection and supporting each resident’s overall health. With compassionate care and clinical expertise, we’re dedicated to helping residents heal safely and comfortably.
SPEECH THERAPY
Speech therapy helps people who have difficulty speaking due to stroke, disability or injury become more effective at communicating. Our speech therapists are available to help residents and guests in improving pronunciation, strengthening the muscles used in speech, and learning to speak clearly.
REHAB TO HOME
Feel confident knowing your loved one’s unique needs are being met. Our multidisciplinary team coordinates to create personalized care plans – giving them the customized care they deserve so they recover and come back home.
PHYSICAL THERAPY
Our certified physical therapists are available to help our residents and guests regain as much function and mobility as possible following surgery or injury. Our #1 goal is to bring the people we care for as close to the functionality they once had as possible.
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
Our occupational therapists help residents and guests improve motor skills, strength, dexterity, range of motion, and mobility. By gradually improving these key skills, patients will find it easier to complete everyday tasks and gain independence.
SKILLED NURSING
Our team at Woodland Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation carefully follows your senior’s physician’s instructions, administer care orders, monitor health, and assure that the care needed is provided. Our skilled caregivers work to regularly update care plans to accommodate any changing needs. Skilled nurses are onsite 24 hours a day, ready to provide you with the attention you need.
